Ingredients

SangSom 25 - 30 ml.

Blackcurrent syrup 15 ml.

Blue Hawaii syrup 5 - 8 ml.

Lime juice 5 - 10 ml.

Honey-soaked rosemary and star anise.
How to mix

Pour all ingredients into a shaker. Shake until chilled.

Transfer into a glass. Add ice cubes.

Garnish with honey-soaked rosemary and star anise.
